Terms:

1.       The dam must be at least 18 months.  We will not breed a female older than 7 years of age.

2.      She must be free from internal and external parasites, genetic, medical and behavioral conditions.

3.      She must have a licensed veterinary determine (provide in writing) that she is virus free and current on all vaccinations.

4.      The female must have a negative Brucellosis test by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of breeding.  Written proof from the license vet is to be submitted. 

5.       While the bitch (female dog) is on the premises of Rozey’s K9 Farm, the owner of the stud is not liable for any loss or damage to the bitch from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury from other dogs, persons, or property, of acts of god or unavoidable causes, nor shall Rozey’s K9 Farm be liable for any loss or damage to persons, property, or other dogs caused by the bitch. 

6.       Payment in full is expected before services are rendered.  Stud fee is non-refundable. Stud fee is $600.00

7.       We the breeder, guarantee a live litter of puppies or the next breeding, within a year, and too the same female is at no cost to the purchaser. We consider a live litter to be 2 or more puppies.  Rozey’s K9 Farm is not responsible for the death of the entire or partial litter of puppies due to the negligence of the purchaser or of the actions of the dam after birth.  If there is negligence on the part of the owner or the dam, the contract becomes void and there will be no free second breeding.

8.      If there is no tie between the stud and dam, the stud fee will be refunded.  If there is a tie, but the dam fails to become pregnant, the owner of the female must notify Rozey’s K9 Farm no later than 65 days after the date of this contract.  A second breeding will be given to the same bitch within a year at no fee. 

9.       We the breeder are not responsible for selling the puppies from the stud service.
