This is a great deal because you would normally pay around $85 for just the microchip and enrollment plus the puppy’s first visit to the vet. You get all the extra stuff for less than those two things. One of my favorite items on the list and another great reason and discount alone to sign up now, is the AKD GoodDog Helpline. This is a great service to have. The helpline gives you experienced trainers at your fingertips to offer great advice. The helpline alone is $79.99 if purchased individual with AKC.
If you choose to pass on the Puppy Protection Package, you can still purchase the microchip, for less than the cost at most vet office. Puppies that are just microchipped will require an additional $20 to have the microchip but the enrollement will have to be done by you for $19.95 if you do not purchase the Puppy Protection Package.
